D7.1 sets out how LIFE-MAPPER reaches its audiences across the three-year project lifecycle. It defines the target stakeholder groups (EU institutions, Member State competent authorities, marine practitioners, scientific community, general public), the channel mix (institutional website, Knowledge Platform, Geoportal, scientific publications, social media, events), and the KPIs used to track communication effectiveness.
The plan is reviewed annually and adjusted based on uptake metrics and stakeholder feedback.
